Mr. Nilesh Chandra Raushan

Mr. Nilesh Chandra Raushan as Managing Director (MD). This key position is integral to ensure that Fashion Plus has an innovative and agile strategy across India. In this role, Mr. Nilesh Chandra sets the vision and provides strategic direction and leadership to the Fashion Plus, businesses covering several verticals such as Merchandise, Human Resource, IT and Business expansion. He has distinguished career span over 18+ years into retail with companies like Vishal Retail, V2 Retail & Nysaa Retail Pvt. Ltd. He held key leadership roles, including whole time Buying & Merchandising Head in Nysaa Retail Pvt. Ltd. as last assignment before starting his own venture. Under his leadership, this business have set retail industry performance benchmarks.

Mr. Rakesh Jha

Mr. Rakesh Jha as Director is responsible for supply chain planning, warehouse and logistics operations. He has rich and extensive experience of more than 18 years with companies like Vishal Retail, V2 Retail & Nysaa Retail Pvt. Ltd. His focused approach, in-depth business understanding and vendor negotiation skills have contributed significantly to Fashion Plus continued success in catering the store and customer requirements timely. Before starting this venture, Mr. Rakesh Jha has played a key role in Nysaa Retail Pvt. Ltd. where he led the All Supply chain of the Company, also handled Buying of Women Merchandise. He started his retailing career in the 2000s, managing a Store of Vishal Mega mart Kolkata.

Mr. Saurabh Upadhyay

Mr. Saurabh is responsible for leading the development and execution of FP’s operational and customer-centric strategies, with the goal of increasing profitability and enhancing employee and customer value proposition. He has a rich experience managing and growing value fashion formats such as Nysaa Retail Pvt. Ltd… In his last stint as Sr. Manager of Central Operations, where he had worked for 6 years, Saurabh was instrumental in driving the company leading a team of more than 3000 committed associates, serving customers across a retail footprint of over 1million sq. feet. He is an alumnus of IIPM New Delhi. His diverse experience across retail makes him a leader with a sharp business acumen. This, coupled with his drive and passion is a valuable combination to accelerate FP’s growth and market leadership journey.

Mr. Niraj Singh

Mr. Niraj Singh as Asst. Vice President. This key position is integral to ensure that Fashion Plus has an
innovative and agile merchandising strategy across the country. In this position, Niraj shall be setting
the product line plan vision and would lead the GM buying, sourcing process in order to achieve and
exceed our strategic goals. Prior to joining Fashion Plus, Niraj has worked with companies like Nysaa
Retail Pvt. Ltd., Samsung etc. And has accumulated over 10 years of work experience.

Mrs. Anamika

Mrs. Anamika as Vice President. She has completed her education at HPU University. Her pervasive experience in merchandising, product developing & managing teams of sourcing, design makes her quintessential. Her unique and healthy approach towards business allows her team to work effectively & efficiently. She believes in collaborative and action-oriented approach towards the business. Her go-to motto is Don’t Wish for it Work for it. Her acumen for fashion, fabric, and data analysis not only helps the company to provide the best quality but also with convincible pricing. She deals with more than 250+ vendors and selects the best of all for the company. Anamika is known as highly impactful and well regarded among business leader in the Merchandising Domain.
